• All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 13% Govt. Tax. Check-in and check-out times 12:00 noon
• Rooms retained after 12:00 noon until 18:00 hours, will be subject to half day charge. Full charge will be levied beyond 18:00 hours.
• Major Credit Cards accepted.
• Rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation 14 days earlier prior to check in date. No fine will be charged. In case of delay, a fine that equals to the booking fee will be charged. There will be no refund in case of guest's no show. In case of the cancellation of reservation, The Address Kathmandu Hotel will send the notification of acceptance.
